Once an issue is created, Baton's team will investigate and resolve the issue in a timely manner. You can use the issue identification number to track the issue.A small percentage of your issues will require R&D resources to resolve problems. Whenever possible, we will work with you to find a temporary work-around until R&D can provide a permanent solution. Phone calls will be answered by a member of the Baton support staff, who will try to solve your query immediately.
